According to prosecution story Jagdish, a resident of village Singhpur under Rasoolabad police station had physically exploited the complainant on September 23, 2000 around 3 pm when she was returning home in village Deora under Mangalpur police station. The accused stopped the complainant on knife point in the midway and exploited her in an agricultural field.
The complainant had come to the house of one Ahibaran Singh of Singhpur to pass on a message and was returning home.
