The 20-year-old woman, a resident of Chetabagar village of Bageshwar district, was returning home along with her husband from a local fair at Nachani when the incident occurred on Wednesday evening.
The couple was accosted by the two men who tied the husband to a tree and allegedly raped her one by one before fleeing the spot.
The couple later lodged a complaint against Gopal Singh and Puran Singh, both residents of the same area where the couple lives.
The two accused have been booked under different sections of IPC including SC/ST Act.
